Student Housing Project named Union on Broadway at 476 East Broadway is in development with 357 units. Greystar and Star America Infrastructure Partners, together with its associating entities Star America, bought the site. It marks Greystar’s first venture with Star America and its ground-development in Eugene, OR. Construction is set to start immediately with completion in August 2022.

It will provide student housing in a flourishing location with proximity to the University of Oregon, downtown Eugene and the riverfront redevelopment. Union on Broadway Features more than Student Housing

Union on Broadway will encompass 12-stories, 357 units with 608 beds and a retail component on the ground floor. In addition, future residents can visit a top-floor fitness center, collaborative study lounges on each floor. In addition, they can visit a computer lounge, conference rooms. Moreover, they can check out the activity and game room, a media lounge, subterranean parking, and bike parking. There is also going to be an outdoor amenity space complete with a spa, terrace, grills, and lounge seating. Furthermore, all amenities will include an in-unit washer and dryer, private bathrooms, internet, and air conditioning.

Located five blocks from the University of Oregon is where the 1.1 acre site of Union on Broadway is located. It’s a major thoroughfare. In addition, a premier area for restaurants and retail creating an ideal location for Oregon students.
